    Where are you located?
    We are a UK Company located in Nantwich Cheshire. You can learn more about Baileys by clicking "About Us" on the menu bar.

    How do I order Prints?
    Prints can be ordered via this website by visiting our eShop and adding items to your shopping cart and then proceed to our online checkout. Alternatively orders can be placed over the Phone by ringing our customer order line +44(0)1270 842221.

    Is ordering online safe?
    We use industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption with Thawte digital certificates. All data is stored on a secure server, which is encrypted again and protected by a firewall, the specification of which has been recognised by the major banks.
    The secure servers are situated on a standalone private network completely isolated from other networks and connections. They have a single resilient connection to the Internet, which is serviced through dual dedicated ICSA compliant Watchguard firewalls. The servers are further secured through "server lock" protection, with all credit card details encrypted through 3DES encryption.

    What is print status?

    InStock  Located at baileyarts.co.uk Premises, immediate dispatch. 1-2 working days delivery
    Available  Located off site, dispatch on arrival at baileyarts.co.uk usually delivery within 7 working days.
    Contact Print sold out or unavailable at present although MIGHT be traceable, delivery dependent on circumstances.

    Canvas We hold a large selection of these images in stock and they will be dispatched with an expected delivery time of 1-2working days. If the canvas is not in-stock they will be painted to order, please expect a maximum delivery time of 21 days.


    What happens to my details when I place an online order?
    All Card deals will be deleted once they have been accepted and the order dispatched, in no circumstances will details be passed onto a third party.

    Which Payment cards do you accept?
    Bailey Arts accepts MasterCard (Eurocard), Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron and Maestro.

    Can Bailey arts cancel an order?
    Yes, Bailey arts can cancel order at any point for any reason, however this will only be in unforeseen cases.

    Can I cancel an order?
    Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched (dispatch duration dependent on print status), and in some circumstance after they have been dispatched. However, if an order has been dispatched and is not retractable, the order then becomes a return and not a cancellation. Please refer to what is your returns policy? Please contact us immediately to cancel an order on 01270 842221 (Every second counts).

    When will I be charged?
    The customer will be charged for their order once it has been checked, packed and is awaiting dispatch.

    How long does it take to get my order delivered?
    Order delivery times are dependent on the status of the products chosen (please see print status table). However when more than one product has been ordered the delivery time is set by the print with the longest delivery date. For example if two limited edition print are purchased, one with a status of in stock and the other with available. The delivery date for this order would comply with the available delivery conditions, as both prints would be dispatched at the same time.

    What are your delivery Charges?
    Delivery to the UK is free! Please contact us for international delivery charges

    What should I do if I have not received my order?
    Please contact us at baileyarts.co.uk via email or telephone so that the order can be traced with our carrier company. If the order has been lost/damaged etc insurance will cover the items and replacements will be sent ASAP.

    Will I have to pay any additional charges?
    VAT will be added during the online ordering process. No extra charges will then be added to the order unless pre-agreed. Overseas orders maybe subject to a delivery charge and subject to local TAX (please contact us for further details).

    What should I do if the goods are damaged?
    Contact us at baileyarts.co.uk immediately via email or telephone (01270 842221) so that the situation can be rectified.

    What is your returns policy?
    Before making a return please contact us via Email or telephone to discuss the return and make relevant arrangements. The Distance selling regulation (DSR) enables a customer to deliberate for seven days over their decision after a sale has been made. However as bailetyarts.co.uk will dispatch orders immediately in many circumstances the customer will not have seven working day deliberation, therefore returns will not be charged to the customer within seven working days of the order being received.

    Please note prints are returned at the expense of the customer after the initial seven days deliberation period. Insurance must be used when sending a return for cover against damage.

    Do you offer trade discounts?
    This website is designed for retail customers, however Bailey Arts also caters for wholesale and corporate buyers. Trade conditions can be arranged, please contact us via Email or telephone (01270 842221). For a brief outline of our trade facilities see trade section of website.

    Can I download Images from this website?
    No, all Images are protected by the relevant publishing companies.

    Can you get hold of Prints which are no longer on your website?
    In certain circumstances prints can be traced through the secondary market, however prices may have increased depending on the popularity of the edition. If you are interested in a print that has sold out please do not have any hesitation to contact us via email or telephone so that an attempt can be made to obtain the print.

    Is it possible to reserve Prints?
    Yes, please contact us and the arrangements will be made, the deposit value will be dependent on the popularity of the edition. For example a print with high demand will have a higher deposit than a low demand print.

    How do I know that the prints are genuine?
    Limited edition prints are individually signed and numbered by the artist, many of the publishing companies supply a certificate of authenticity (again signed by the artist) which will be attached to print.

    What is the difference between “mounted” and “Un-mounted” Prints?
    Mounted artwork will be dispatched flat packed as it has a chemically treated card (whitecore mountboard) surrounding the image. The print is attached to mount and sandwiched using another piece of mountboard to keep the print flat. Mounts are excellent for presentation of images and conservation of the print. Un-mounted artwork will be dispatched in a roll containing only the image and paperwork.

    Can I specify the mount used on a print?
    No. Prints are pre-mounted and stored to increase efficiency of delivery, however if a customer visits our premises to purchase a print. Mount colour, size and style can be specifically tailored to their needs. There is also the option of having the image framed using one of our many stocked mouldings; see below for more framing details.

    Can I view / collect a print from your store?
    Prints can be viewed and purchased via the internet and collected in person at our premises, as baileyarts.co.uk will not incur any delivery charges the customer will have the option of a free frame (from current stock) for their picture up to a certain value. Prints can be purchased from the store and collected same day, dependent on availability of image and frame.
