Pricing
Our products and prices are subject to change. Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
Availability
All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied on the website is an estimate only.
Delivery
Delivery times are depended on the status of the products ordered, please refer to Print status table, however time may vary due to external circumstances. Baileyarts.co.uk is not accountable for any loss of profits .
Ordering
Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by baileyarts.co.uk of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. For these purposes we may transfer your information to trusted (secure) third parties.
Returns and Refunds
Provided products are in 'new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 7 working days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that period. If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact Baileyarts.co.uk via email or telephone within 7 days and will be entitled to replacement or a full refund and we will arrange collection at our own expense. Baileyarts.co.uk reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.
Website Use
baileyarts.co.uk is not liable for any injury, damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of baileyarts.co.uk will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.
Security
While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details baileyarts.co.uk cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by third parties. All personal details are handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and our own Privacy Policy.
Privacy policy
We use industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption with Thawte digital certificates. All data is stored on a secure server, which is encrypted again and protected by a firewall, the specification of which has been recognised by the major banks. The secure servers are situated on a standalone private network completely isolated from other networks and connections. They have a single resilient connection to the Internet, which is serviced through dual dedicated ICSA compliant Watchguard firewalls. The servers are further secured through "server lock" protection, with all credit card details encrypted through 3DES encryption. Personal will be information destroyed with an ascertained period. All information is used and stored In accordance with the Data protection act and the privacy and Electronic communications regulations 2003 (EC directive).
Virus liability
Baileyarts.co.uk is not liable for any viruses downloaded from this site.
